The United States Pony Club Southern California Region is hosting a Horseless Rally on Sat., March 9 at the City of Norco Livestock Arena in Norco. A Horseless Rally or “Everything But the Horse” Rally teaches future Pony Club competitors the ins and outs of Rallying.
