Hats Off!

CPHA honors seven special people and one horse and here’s why. The California Professional Horsemen’s Association’s annual presentation of special awards is always a moving ceremony and a feel-good time of reflection and celebration for everybody involved. The presentations take place during the CPHA banquet January 8 during the Pacific Coast Horse Show Association’s convention at the South Point Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.
