The Olympic Dream In Reality

While going to the Olympics should contain training and packing, something that I forget to mention in past columns are the hours spent organizing my life on the computer to prepare the travel of each person going to Rio, picking up wine barrels from a college friend for an event, and planning a week of fundraising efforts.

Eventing Update

Growth & affordability are key topics at US Eventing Association convention. The USEA Convention took place in Washington D.C. from Dec. 2-6. My overall impressions were that the convention was well attended, well organized by USEA staff and that my presence was appreciated and my input was welcome.

Show Report: Woodside Preliminary Challenge

In a nail-biting finish in the two divisions of the Woodside Preliminary Challenge, the victors managed to maintain their leads from start to finish. The unique competition was the feature of the Woodside Horse Trials on May 22-24.
